qball: born william johnson in greeneville,tn.qball moved to hilliard,fl directly after.hilliard is a small town just outside of jacksonville,fl.he attended grade school in hilliard for a couple years then moved back to greeneville,tn.qball dropped out of high school in the 11th grade and moved to atlanta,ga.he lived in atlanta for 5 years before moving back to greeneville for the 2nd time.being from all these places left qball with a unique style and slang.qball is 25 now.you can tell qball is from the south but you cant put your finger on where he is from just by listening to him.he started rappin when he was 13.qball started making beats after his grandfather bought him his first keyboard "it was a yamaha" qball said at age 14.qball was offered a contract from goodie mob records in 2003 but turned it down.goodie mob and qball could not come to a mutual agreement on the contract but are still cool and there are no hard feelings.qball has been called "the industrys best kept secret".he has released 2 albums before "aint stoppin nothin".one album in 2001 and one in 2002 usin the name qballsilini.qball left the "silini" off this time because alot of people could not say it correctly.qball has been on the undergroud scene for so long but still hasnt really been heard.qball... artist/producer is really making a name for himself in the world of hip hop.many beleive in time qball will be one of rap's biggest artists."i just wanna make good music man,somethin people can feel and relate to...i really aint tryin to be tha best but if i am in some people's opinion i appreciate it alot" qball said.
qball has been doing live shows since 1998 and has opened up for and head lined with artists such as... u.g.k., cash money records, ludacris, lil jon & the eastside boyz, master p, bubba sparxxx twice, juvenile twice, ying yang twins three times, trina, duece poppi, lil flip, jin of the ruff ryders, young bloodz, clipse, goodie mob, david banner, b.g. twice, choppa, nappy roots, petey pablo, lil zane, 2 live crew, lady mae, rosco, and remy ma of the terror squad as of 2005
